During development of the temperature switch a high value was placed on a robust design and the selection of appropriate materials suited to machine-building applications. If a preset temperature is reached, then the temperature switch opens or closes a corresponding switch contact. In its installation, it is flexibly adaptable to the mounting situation and has an almost unlimited rotation of its display, which enables it always to be aligned towards the operator.
